Q: My order is a gift for someone, can I add a message?
A: Of course! We can add a handwritten gift tag to items that are purchased as gifts. Simply add the jewellery item to your cart and add your personalised message in the 'Add note to your order' section on the left. There is no extra charge for our gift service.
Q: Can my order be gift wrapped?
A: All of our jewellery items are individually wrapped and sent out to you in their own eco-friendly gift box and in a pretty organza pouch, all complimentary. This takes away all of the hassle of gift wrapping.
Q: What is the cost of delivery?

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do offer a 14 day returns policy as standard, however please ensure that you read our full Refund Policy.
Q: Are you able to make bracelets in different sizes?
A: All of our bracelets are elasticated and fit most adult wrists measuring 7.5inches/19cm. However, if you require a different size please email email@example.com with your specification and we will do our best to accommodate. We aim to get back to all enquiries within 72 hours but please be aware that if we are at an event it may take slightly longer.
